Welcome to the Fall Campout of the Washington State Good Sams.  We head off to the central part of Washington where the weather is always nice and the foliage is changing for the season. The outing is on the same weekend as the Autumn Leaf Festival in nearby Leavenworth.  There are many orchards nearby for those that want to shop for various fruits and vegetables.  Also nearby is Wenatchee.

Registration includes parking Friday and Saturday nights.  Thursday night parking is $15.00 extra.  There is a dump station on site.

Please Do Not Enter The Fairgrounds Before Noon On Thursday.

Rigs will be parked on a first come first serve basis with possible exception of handicap parking.  Please display your Handicap Decal to help the Parking Crew.  Handicap Decal is required to park in the handicap section.

If you wish to park with friends then you must arrive together.  There will be no holding of parking spaces.

Signature will be required at the check-in gate.

You must check in with the registration desk after your arrival to verify your presence and receive your door prize ticket.

For craft sellers, no sales or raffle ticket sales allowed prior to registration.

State Business Meeting will be held Saturday Morning (check the program schedule for exact time).

Refund requests must be received in writing within 10 days of the event and are subject to a $5.00 US handling fee.

To be eligible for early registration discount, pre-registration form must be postmarked no later than September 14, 2009.

Directions:
From Wenatchee take Highway 2 west to Goodwin Rd.  Turn Left on Goodwin Rd and follow it to Sunset Highway.  Turn right on Sunset Highway and follow it to Wescott Drive.  Turn left on Wescott Drive and follow it to the Expo Center.  Look for signs indicating where to park. 

From Leavenworth take Highway 2 east to Goodwin Rd.  Turn Right on Goodwin Rd and follow it to Sunset Highway.  Turn right on Sunset Highway and follow it to Wescott Drive.  Turn left on Wescott Drive and follow it to the Expo Center.  Look for signs indicating where to park.
